Department of Visual Arts and Design
The Department implements various disciplines in theory and history of Arts as well as practical classes, academic training and internships. All the teachers of the Department join artists associations and unions. Some of them are honored and merited higher-education workers. In addition to academic work, they perform active creative work, participate in international and Russian exhibitions, contests, and festivals. Many teachers are awarded with diplomas and acknowledged for prolific educational work in Arts.
The Department trains experts in both project activities and performance in Visual Arts and Design.
Teachers’ mastership and the workshop’s equipment provide students with opportunities to practice in ornamental arts. Teachers and students sharpen their skills combining traditions and classic techniques with the cutting edge of IT.
The Department graduates successfully fulfill their potential and blend in modern society.
