Foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship can apply for free-of-charge education at Moscow City University at the expense of the state budget within the Quota (Scholarship) established by the Government of the Russian Federation for undergraduate and graduate programs. The qualifying tests will take place on the basis of Rossotrudnichestvo and as part of the Olympiad for School Students “Teacher for the Future”, foreign language profile.
If the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo is not presented in your country, the functions of competitive selection are carried out by a diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation. The Quota (Scholarship) of the Government of the Russian Federation fully covers the cost of studying at Moscow City University.
