On 20-21 November, Associate Professors of the MCU Chinese Language Department Oxana Malykh, Oxana Anisova, Valentina Vashkyavicius, and Olesya Pavlova, accompanied by Senior Lecturer Anastasia Kazantseva and assistant Darya Korobko, took part in the “Language-Semiotics-Culture” conference. The teachers attended the plenary session, gave presentations in breakout sessions, and attended methodological workshops. More than 150 researchers from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan participated in the conference.
On 22-23 November, acting Head of the Chinese Language Department, Associate Professor Oxana Malykh, Senior Lecturer Anastasia Kazantseva, and 4th year pedagogical students took part in the “Trends in the Language Education Development in the Modern World – 2023” conference. Within the framework of the conference teachers and students attended the plenary session and presented sectional reports. The Confucius Institute of Minsk State Linguistic University and the MCU Department of Chinese Language established agreements and arrangements for further cooperation.
