Due to the FIFA World Cup, the registration rules for international visitors residing in Russia are changed for the period
from May 20, 2018, to July 30, 2018
in the cities of Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Saransk, Sochi.
International visitors must register within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays) since arrival to Russia.
Please provide the following documents to the International Relations Department:
- Hard copy of all pages of passport (including blank ones)
- Hard copy of migration card
The copies provided must be in good quality (all letters legible).
Please present the hard copies of these documents at the International Relations Department upon your arrival in Russia as soon as possible.
In case the stated deadlines of applying for registration are violated, non-Russian citizens will have to leave Russia according to the current legislation.
