On March 15—16, the biathlon tournament was held within the 34th Moscow Student Sports Games.
The MCU team with students from the Institute of Natural Sciences and Sports Technologies were awarded with two medals from the competition. Lyubov Galepova, Marina Smirnova, and Irina Starukhina won 2nd place in the 3×6 km relay. Irina Sturukhina won the bronze medal in the 6km sprint race.
In the team total, rhe MCU team took 5th place.
The Moscow Student Sports Games is a selection tournament for all-Russian and European student competitions.
