The results of the international contest “Emergent Eurasian Analyst“, established by the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium and supported by the Eurasian Economic Commission, were announced. The contest was operated by the Association for Development of Analytical Potential of Personality, Society, and State “Analytics” and co-organized by the International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy at MGIMO University, RUDN University, and Financial University.
The topic of the contest was Eurasian Space: Experience, Issues, Priorities of Development and Security.
Within the nomination The Eurasian Economic Union in the Global World: Policy and Diplomacy, Maksim Burianov, a Master’s degree student in the MCU’s Institute of Law and Management, presented the research The Principles of Techno-Legal Platforms and New ESG 4.0 in the Context of Establishing Global Governance. The study is dedicated to decentralized global governance and the new concept of ESG 4.0 for sustainable digitalization and won third place in the contest.
Maksim Burianov is a member of the Youth Council for High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, an expert for the Youth Group of Generation Connect (GC) CIS at the U.N. International Telecommunication Union, a member of the international Global Shapers Community for The World Economic Forum, a coordinator of the research and educational project and international initiative Global Digital Human Rights for the 4IR, and Youth Messenger of the U.N. SDG 16 in Russia 2020.
