On September 19, Victor Kuzminkov, Associate Professor at the MCU’s Japanese Language Department, participated as an expert in the round table discussion dedicated to the peace treaty between Russia and Japan, featured by the Rossiya Segodnya news agency.
The renowned Russian political scientists and diplomats, gathered for the discussion, included Alexander Panov, Head of the Diplomacy Department at MGIMO University; Valery Kistanov, Head of the Japan Studies Department at the Russian Institute of the Far East; and Vladimir Nelidov, Professor at the Asian Studies Department at MGIMO University.
