On February 28, MCU Rector Igor Remorenko signed the decree to resume offline learning mode on March 1. Students are allowed to enter the university without QR-codes and results of COVID-19 tests. The decree was issued due to the improvement of the epidemiological situation and decrease in the COVID-19 case rate.
