Associate Professor Elena Ivanova, Head of the Laboratory of Educational Infrastructures, has been invited to participate in the Universality of Global Education Issues Conference (UGEIC) 2019 at Sam Houston State University, Texas, US.
On February 28, Professor Ivanova presented her report “Physical and Emotional Parameters of Educational Environment in the Perception of the Student and Teachers” in the section “Educational and cultural responsibility practices”.
Professor talked about the progress of the study on the perception of school environments and shared its results. She explained the method of emotional assessment of educational environments by students and suggested the conclusions of the research conducted by the Laboratory.
The program of the Conference suggests that alongside with the other speakers, Professor will visit the local schools, as well as discuss the opportunities for joint reserach and publications by Sam Houston and MCU. Such cooperation will contribute to facilitating cross-cultural communication between the students and teachers of Russia and the US, and promoting collaborative research.
