On 22 November 2023 a lecture on healthy posture was held at the MCU Institute of Natural Sciences and Sports Technology. The guests were pupils of schools No. 1373 and No. 1476. Veronika Alexandrova, Candidate of Education Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Adaptive Physical Education and Sports Training, and Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Senior Lecturer, educated the pupils on spinal disorders and presented the simplest methods of assessing the condition of the spinal column and foot.
Afterwards, in the format of an interactive master class, the presenters helped the schoolchildren to master readily available exercises for correction of the spinal column. The educational event was realised within the framework of the Science Park lecture for different social and age categories of citizens, aimed at forming an idea of a healthy and quality lifestyle in the megapolis.
