Moscow City University is not just a place for teachers-to-be. It’s also a professional development center for specialists from various fields.
On November 21-22, the MCU Institute of Continuing Education started training employees of the international company Sucden. It is for this occasion that MCU experts, such as Natalia Sheveleva, Head of the Department of Educational Technologies of Lifelong Learning, and Alexey Smolyakov, Expert of the Department of Educational Technologies of Lifelong Learning, developed the Corporate Development training programme.
Participants included the HR managers of Sucden – an independent leader in the food trade. The company has strong business connections and representative offices in countries and continents that are the largest suppliers of sugar (Brazil and Asia), cocoa (Ivory Coast, Africa), and coffee (Latin America and Asia). Sucden has been operating in Russia for a long time and has since become one of the four largest sugar producers in Russia, including agriculture, processing, and distribution.
