On April 6, 2021, the Fifth Session of the Youth Group of the Commonwealth of Independent States — Generation Connect (GC CIS) was held online. The Session has discussed the prospects and challenges of the development of information and communication technologies.
Maxim Burianov, a 3rd-year student at the MCU’s Institute of Law and Management, has represented a draft of the Declaration of Global Digital Human Rights, which constitutes the project “Global Digital Human Rights for 4IR.” The project is aimed at achieving sustainable development, resolving digital challenges, creating conditions for implementing human rights in the context of global digitalization.
The Session has been organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). ITU is the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies. ITU is aimed at connecting the population of all the world regardless of wherever they live and whatever their means.
