On October 1, NTTU held an online opening ceremony of the course, which brought together the leadership, teaching staff, and students of the universities participating in the program. Moscow City University is only Russia’s university invited to join the program. At the ceremony, MCU was represented by Kirill Barannikov, Vice-Rector for strategy, Daria Milyaeva, Head of the International Relations Department, Valentina Vashkyavichus, Interim Head of the Chinese Language Department, and Professor Vladimir Kurdyumov, Chinese Language Department.
