On May 21, Aram Pakhchanian, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ayb Educational Foundation, will give a workshop Fostering Liberty and Responsibility in the Development of Citizens.
The workshop will be included in the program of the international conference Starting a Teacher’s Career: Challenges and Perspectives. The conference will be held within the 5th Annual International Symposium Education and City: The Third Mission of the University.
The innovative Ayb School pilots the latest teaching and learning developments for their further distribution in Armenia and beyond. The program of the school is designed in collaboration with the University of Cambridge and the Institute of Education at University College London (UCL).
At the workshop, such issues as trust in children, cultivating the idea of freedom and independent goal-setting among children will be discussed.
