MCU’s Institute of Humanities invites students speaking Russian and learning it as a foreign language, to take part in the International Russian Language Student Online Contest ‘Homo Dicens’. It is an opportunity to check the expertise, to get food for thoughts, and to develop the linguistic feeling.
Students with different levels of proficiency in Russian and professional knowledge in Linguistics, may participate in the contest.
The contest’s rounds:
- the qualifying round is held online from December 3, 00:30, till December 13, 22:59 (UTC+3), and doesn’t require any special knowledge. The participants shall register for the contest. Receiving the letter, they shall join the course on the online platform and complete it.
- those who have succeeded to qualify for the competition round will receive another letter with the tasks. After considering the results, the winners and medalists will be unveiled.
- the winners and medalists will be invited to the supplementary round to present the reports on their research. It will held in-person at MCU. The selected reports will be published, and their authors will get additional scores for the Master’s programs enrollment exam.
The participation in the contest is free. The participants of the supplementary round cover the expenses on their own.
