Foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship can apply for free-of-charge education at Moscow City University at the expense of the state budget within the quota (scholarship) established by the Government of the Russian Federation for undergraduate and graduate programmes.

Participation requirements:

register on the website https://education-in-russia.com/;
fill out a questionnaire with a photo, a scanned passport and a document on education (or a certificate of the period of study);
successfully pass qualifying tests at the site of the Russian House in your country;
receive an invitation from a Russian university to study in Russia and apply for a study visa.

If the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo is not presented in your country, the functions of competitive selection are carried out by a diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation. The quota of the Government of the Russian Federation fully covers the cost of studying at Moscow City University.
