Master’s degree program on human potential development

Moscow City University in cooperation with universities within the research consortium Development of Human Potential in Education for the Charitable Foundation Investment to the Future opens admissions for the Master’s degree program Development of Human Potential in Education: Personalization and Digitalization in the field of study Psychology and Pedagogy.

The program is aimed at educators, teaching staff of teacher training universities, as well as administrative staff of state and private institutions of pre-school and school education. The program is launched at 7 universities of the research consortium Development of Human Potential in Education, including MCU, Herzen University, Minin University, Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushinsky, Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov, Surgut State Pedagogical University, and Glazov State Pedagogical University named after V.G. Korolenko.

State-funded (15 places) and tuition-free education is available for the program. Graduates of the program receive an Ordinary National Diploma of higher education from one of the 7 universities.

The features of the curriculum:

The program includes compulsory modules, designed by the leading researchers in the field of education and psychology, and variable modules, which allow students to select an individual training route. The program features a research track where students may define topics of their Master theses and complete them in cooperation with the leading experts in the field of education, psychology, and human potential.
