The Program trains Information Science teachers, proficient in modern information and pedagogical technologies for teaching, educating and developing students. Along the course, graduates students learn:

basic of Information Science teaching;
design and implementation of educational programs in information science;
formation of an educational environment for teaching information science with the use of modern educational information technologies;
application of methods, forms and means of teaching Information Science in regular and extracurricular activities at the basic and advanced levels;
organization and support of student educational activities;
forms, methods and means of diagnosis of personal, meta-subject and subject educational results;
design of strategies and tactics for achieving professional and personal self-education.
