  • development of expertise in the field of the Russian language;
  • promoting a new approach to language learning in multicultural environment;
  • expanding educational activities;
  • promoting the Russian language as an essential aspect of human individualization (featuring socio-cultural, linguistic and cultural, ethnopsychological approaches).
