The new Sports Center for MCU students, teachers and outside visitors opened at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Sports Technologies. The Center comprises a gym, a cardio exercise room and a weight-lifting room. The Center is located at the Institute’s new building on Chechulina Street.
The Sports Center is equipped with the new exercise machines by leading producers. In the weight-lifting room visitors can exercise on Stecter, Yousteel, Eleiko. More than 30 Matrix machines, 3 Endurance machines for rowing exercises, 6 Carbon fitness running machines and Smartbike cycling machines are available in the gym and cardio exercise room.
The Center offers group exercises in running, martial arts, crossfit, and other sports. At the Center one has everything for efficient and comfortable workouts: high-quality equipment, assistance of trained coaches, personal lockers, showers and water coolers.
The Center follows all the regulations and safety precautions due to the pandemic to ensure your safety during your sports activities.
