On December 8—10, the International Conference “Educational Ecosystems: the Condition of New Education Quality and Development Resource” was held at Tomsk State University. The Conference brought together 400 participants from 20 universities, including MCU, HSE University, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, ITMO University, Kazan Federal University, Ural Federal University, Far Eastern Federal University, and others.
MCU Rector Igor Remorenko and Professor Tatiana Kovaleva, Head of the Laboratory of Individualization and Lifelong Learning at the MCU’s Institute of Lifelong Learning, participated in the plenary session “New Quality Education: Should We Put the Question in the Agenda of Managerial Tasks“.
MCU Vice-Rector for Strategy Kirill Barannikov presented the report “City University: MCU Case” within the expert analysis laboratory “University and Urban Environment: Synergy for Education Quality“.
Within the expert session “Educational Ecosystems: What is the Potential of New Education Quality“, Professor Marina Shalashova, Director of the MCU’s Institute of Lifelong Learning, elaborated on the specific aspects of processes and resource management in the context of the ecosystem approach to the development of the system of advanced professional training and presented the solutions which ensure the management of developing educational ecosystems based on the cases in MCU.
The Conference “Educational Ecosystems: the Condition of New Education Quality and Development Resource” concluded the project “Scientific Support for Development of Higher Education Quality Management System during and after COVID-19 Pandemic” initiated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and delivered in partnership with 18 Russia’s universities.
