The Office provides the following services
- Planning the academic and research activities of doctoral research scholars and PhD degree seekers;
- Coordinating the preparation and carrying out the state candidacy examinations;
- Preparing content and methodological packages required for delivery of PhD programs and assessments;
- Coordinating departments engaged in organizing and carrying out the midterm and final candidacy examinations;
- Providing methodological assistance to doctoral research scholars and PhD degree seekers;
- Coordinating the preparation and carrying out of PhD entrance examinations;
- Coordinating the doctoral studies process;
- Issuing orders for doctoral research scholars and PhD degree seekers;
- Preparing content and methodological packages required for entering PhD programs (programs of entrance examinations and related documentation);
- Collecting statistics and preparing reporting documents;
- Maintaining the database of doctoral research scholars and PhD degree seekers;
- Processing personal data.
