The programme is designed to train professionals in the field of education who can effectively implement educational activities in educational institutions of different levels. It focuses on the development of students’ in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills in educational work, as well as on the acquisition of professional competencies required for successful teaching. The curriculum includes the following components: organisational and methodological support for the educational process, educational psychology, socio-psychological support for educational activities, methods for implementing educational programmes, and organisation and content of educational activities in cadet training.
