The Program trains specialists who know how to collect, visualize, and analyze big data, machine learning, and deep learning for city management. Students master the basic methods of machine learning and artificial intelligence apps and learn how to develop BI dashboards. Along the course, the students learn:

  • Python basics and basic Python libraries for data analysis;
  • the leading platform for collecting, storing, visualizing, and analyzing BigData — Databricks;
  • applied machine learning;
  • practical application of deep neural networks for image classification and segmentation, text classification, and time series forecasting with the use of TensorFlow 2.0;
  • Data Science and Machine Learning platforms for forecasting, searching for associative rules, and clustering;
  • Russian business process management platforms ELMA and Creatio (BPM’online);
  • blockchain technology for paperless contracts.
