The Institute of Secondary Vocational Education offers the following professional training programmes for secondary and senior school graduates:

• Law (Lawyer)
• Pre-School Training (Pre-school Teacher)
• Teaching in Primary School (Primary School Teacher)
• Special Pre-School Training (Pre-school Teacher, including for children with disabilities)
• Correctional Pedagogy in Primary Education (Primary School Teacher, including for students with disabilities)
• Physical Culture (Physical Education and Sports Teacher)
• Sport (Sports Coach: volleyball, football)
• Folk Arts (Director of an amateur creative group, teacher: choreography)

The programmes last from 2 years 10 month to 3 years 10 month depending on the previous education. After successful graduation, students receive the Non-University Level Higher Education, which enables them either to apply their professional knowledge and skills to work at the relevant public or private institutions or continue their education to study for a higher degree.
