Department of Supporting Learning Process

The Department is focused on several main objectives. These include organising the educational process at the Institute, as well as ensuring and improving the quality of educational activities. To achieve these goals, the department is responsible for:

• developing and implementing measures to enhance the quality of education;
• supporting the recruitment and professional development of teaching staff;
• monitoring and analysing educational programmes for effectiveness;
• providing documentation support for educational activities.
