The first day of summer will start at MCU with an intellectual derby among the student volunteers who are to support the 2018 FIFA World Cup. 14 student teams from leading Moscow universities will meet in the courtyard of the MCU main building to take part in the city derby in the format of the QUIZ TIME guessing game.
There are many entertaining activities in stock for the guests besides the intellectual derby, such as interactive contests, battle of cheerleaders, themed photo shoots, chill out area with play stations and table football.
Our country is preparing to welcome spectators from all over the world for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. 11 Russian cities will host football enthusiasts, offering diverse entertainment programs. The Moscow Volunteering Center have managed to involve 6 000 volunteers for the upcoming event in the capital.
‘300 of MCU students will work during the event as part of the City Volunteers program, which is an ultimate priority for us now. MCU has traditionally supported all large metropolitan festivals and forums. Of course, the World Cup is an outstanding event for our staff and students’, comments MCU Rector Igor Remorenko.
The intellectual derby is organized by MCU and the Moscow Volunteering Center.
