The program is designed and delivered on the basis of the activity-based approach and the concept of individualization. The learning process is organized to create the necessary conditions for the development of professional tutor competence and the culture of project-based research activity. Starting from the first days, students work on a relevant issue, that results in the completion of a Master’s thesis. The thesis may be completed and defended as a project, research, or case study.
