The program provides students with an opportunity to master flexible learning formats in the digital world. Students of the program are focused on mobility, team building, managing their biographies, and conscious work with the unknown in the conditions of uncertainty. The Program of International Student Assessment (PISA) defines the skills and abilities to solve open problems as a key characteristic of educational training. Tutor is one of the professions that will assist in acquiring this quality. Open problems concern not only the material world (hard skills), interaction with others (soft skills), but also self-organization, self-identification, and self-understanding (self-skills). The program is focused on training the latter.
