The educational programme is aimed at training highly professional specialists in the field of education of children with intellectual development disorders (IDD) (mental retardation, mental retardation of varying severity, disorders of the emotional-volitional sphere, sensory deficits and others). Undergraduates gain knowledge in the field of modern approaches to diagnosis, education of children with IDD, get acquainted with methods, innovative techniques, means of teaching and upbringing children with IDD.

This programme will be of interest to teachers working with children and adolescents with IDD in educational organisations or social protection institutions, coordinators of inclusive education, support specialists, parents, graduates of Bachelor’s and Specialist degrees interested in helping people with IDD.
