The Program trains specialists in practical and theoretical work in high-performance sports, mass sports, and physical activity. The alumni of the Program are aware of:

theoretical foundations of general psychology and sports psychology;
mechanisms of sports stress, problems of loads, fatigue, aggressiveness, burnout and anxiety of the performing athlete;
modern relevant methods of emotional state management and volitional regulation;
problematic aspects of sports motivation during a career, tools for maintaining and increasing motivation;
sports injuries and the side effects of rehabilitation.
