The program provides research scholars with a wide array of scientific tools to study and apply in their research on languages (native and foreign) in their theoretical, practical, functional, pragmatic, synchronic, diachronic, socio-cultural, and comparative aspects; diverse types of texts in their historic and theoretical aspects, written in various epochs, including those published in mass media, means of electronic communication, and existing in the forms of oral speech; oral, written, and multimedia (including electronic) interpersonal and mass communication in all the spheres of human communication; linguistic technologies applied in diverse types of information systems, specialized software, and electronic sources in the sphere of the humanities.
