The “History and Archeology” field of study is represented by the Ph.D. programs History of Russia and World history.

The scope of the research fields includes higher education and research institutions; archives, museums, and other cultural institutions; analytical centers; public and state information and analytical organizations.

The programs provide research scholars with a wide array of scientific tools to study and apply in their research on the historic processes and phenomena in their socio-cultural, political, economic dimensions, and their reflections in historical sources.
