Educational Management

The Program is aimed at forming managerial competence in graduate students to determine the direction of their professional and personal development as education managers. The alumni of the Program will be able to guarantee permanent employment for top and middle managers, and to increase the competitiveness of the managing teacher. Teacher management acquires new qualities: they become the main organizers and advisers to the student in their education, which requires teachers to know the theory and to master the practice of making managerial decisions.
