The master’s program is designed on the basis of the branches of Russian and international private law and aimed at training highly qualified experts who know the fundamentals of civil law and the norms of corporate law and related branches of law. The program provides students of the program with an opportunity to acquire professional competencies in diverse fields of private law: civil law, corporate law, and knowledge of branches of law related to the activities of legal entities: labor law, social and pension law, among others.
