The program trains educators, laboratory researchers, educators-organizers, and producers. Educational urban studies is a new research area for educators. Urban infrastructure is an object of research and educational design for master’s degree students, and learning outcomes reflex into new courses, educational programs, metasubject projects, and educational tracks for educators and students.

The program is delivered jointly with the Directorate of Educational Programs.
