International chess tournament “Teach and win!”

Moscow City University and Atatürk University with the assistance of the Chess Federation of Russia and the Gökyay Chess Museum will host an international chess tournament. Students, lecturers, and fans of chess are welcome to participate.

The Tournament is aimed at developing and strengthening international humanitarian contacts and increasing interest in chess as an opportunity to promote the best human qualities: dignity, honor, justice, and intelligence, along with respect for the culture of different peoples and their traditions.

The Tournament will take place over two days: December 12 and 13, 2022.

On December 12, 2022 (Monday) will be held a round table of the Tournament, the program of which includes educational reports on the history and culture of chess.

The round table will take place online on the MS Teams platform.

The link will be sent to registered participants of the Tournament on December 8, 2022.

The Tournament will be hosted on lichess.org.
