Universitywide Department of History

The Department aims at training universal, cultural and professional skills and competences in the field of world history and the history of Russia. The Department’s teaching staff holds lectures, seminars and workshops for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students. The faculty is also engaged in designing tutorials, textbooks, and guidelines in the world history, the history of Russia and cultural studies. Professors and researchers actively participate in international conferences on teaching history, regional studies, social studies, and world art studies, while also providing research supervisors for postgraduate students.
